Walking through Ghent you will testify yourself that its historical heritage has remained largely intact: its impressive churches, the beautifully illuminated old water channels, the Gravensteen Castle, the narrow cobbled streets in Patershol, the numerous squares.
Ghent was born at the confluence (or ‘Ganda’) of the two rivers, the Lys and the Scheldt and from this we chose also the name of our hotel.
